It is said that the average person falls asleep in seven minutes. (Of course, the definition of “average” is debatable.)
But it would hardly help if you are jolted awake every hour – with the hands of the clock pointing at ungodly hours, teasing you so – only to next rise to a waking nightmare?
Oh, but if only we could sleep all our troubles away, and dream only sweet dreams for all eternity.
